At Trapezium Telescopes & Services, LLC, we are—first and foremost—end users. Over the years, we've often been disappointed in products and services purchased. We want to make sure that doesn't happen to you!

So here's why you should select Trapezium:

1. The staff of Trapezium Telescopes & Services, LLC has over 50 years of combined experience in the astronomy field.
   
2. We own what we sell and won't sell what we would not own! Does your current vendor own what he is selling?
   
3. We physically inspect each item when it arrives. If it is broken, or not acceptable, it goes back to the vendor, not to you! Anyone can take boxes off of a truck, stick them into a warehouse, and re-ship them. We actually check each item to make certain that the product is intact before it is sent.
   
4. We field test each item that we sell. Does your current dealer actually take the product out and test it in the real world? We do!
   
5. We provide a field-test report that is for the exact item you purchased, not just the one the manufacturer sent as a sample. Does your current dealer do this? Nope—we didn't think so.
   
6. Does you current vendor make you go back to the manufacturer for warranty issues? We don't! For the first 30 days after you have received any of our products, we take responsibility for any issues or concerns that may arise with your purchase. We will not pass you off to someone else.
   
7. Personal service:We work with you and do our very best to make certain that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you aren't satisfied, then we aren't satisfied!
   
8. We are amateur astronomers, too! We enjoy observing just like anyone else. We have learned over the years just what works and what doesn't work. We have had our share of disappointments and know just how much of a bother it can be. Therefore, we are very selective with what we will offer to you.
   
9. We know our products. As end-users, we are more familiar with the select products we offer than anyone else in the business. We may not have every answer to every question, but no one knows more about the products we carry than us!
   
10. We support you when others won't. Many of our customers have come to us after a bad experience with another vendor. It is our duty, as a representative of the select products that we carry, to make certain that you are served!
